Custom Orders are specifically crafted to meet individual customer preferences and are not part of our standard inventory.
Cancellations
Within 24 hours: Refund minus 10% fee.
After 24 hours (before shipping): Refund minus 30% fee.
After shipping (before delivery): Refund minus 50% fee and shipping costs.

5-year and 3-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship.
